You won’t be disappointed with our Dry Cured Gammon joints from our Free Range Native Pork. A popular treat for Christmas, as well as all year round. Smells delicious when cooking and tastes even better. We like to slow cook ours and glaze with honey and mustard. Lovely warm and if there’s plenty left over, perfect for sandwiches throuhout the week.
