After ordering any of our products you will be agreeing to be bound to our terms and conditions set out below on this page.

If we may need to contact you then we will do so by the telephone number or by email that you gave us when you ordered or got in touch with us.

Farm Produce Orders

After an order is placed we will email you showing an acceptance of your order, at which point we are then in contract with each other and are bound by these terms and conditions.

In the unlikely event that we cannot accept your order we will email you as to the reason why and not charge you for any goods. This is very rare but may be because certain items are out of stock, because of unforeseen issues on our resources that have not been planned for, there may be an error on the website with price or description of our products, or we may not be able to meet certain delivery times.

Payments

All Products must be paid for in full before delivery or on collection. We accept many methods of payment, paypal through the website, cash or card payment on collection from the farm, or card payment over the phone.

Delivery 

 Nationwide delivery is available on all our products, however there is a charge for this. There is a small delivery charge for Devon and Cornwall as stated on the website. If you are requiring delivery outside of Devon and Cornwall then please get in touch first to get a quote as price can vary depending on the delivery address, we use a next day 24hr courier.

Returns/Refunds Policy

As all of our products are fresh and often prepared to order we cannot guarantee refunds or returns will be accepted. When ordering your produce you are agreeing to full payment for the order. Any refunds or returns will be at our discretion. 

Our Products

We have made every effort to ensure pictures and information on the website are accurate, however products and packaging may vary slightly to that in the pictures. Please note that with the nature of the products throughout the website all weights, sizes and quantities are approximates and can be subject to variations. We will endeavour to do our best to work to orders. 

Care of the goods

Once your order has been delivered or collected from the farm we are no longer responsible for the products. The Majority of our products need to be refrigerated, and it is up to you that correct storage and care is provided.
